After careful studies in the field of filter media and fabric washing methods, we have created a new filter element with sintered fiber fabric with filtration degrees of 20, 15, 10, 5, and 1 micron.
The filter fabric that makes up the filter element is made of AISI316 sintered fiber. This allows for excellent permeability and efficiency given by the thickness of the fabric (hence the name 3D) and the diameter of the fibers that compose it.
Below, from the study carried out, we report the filtration efficiencies of 3D fabrics.
We also report a comparative study carried out on AISI 316 filter fabrics with the same degree of filtration but monofilament.
